What's to love about Helena Nilsson?

Helena is a surface pattern designer based in north Sweden. For her work Helena draws inspiration from the nature that surrounds her, mid-century Scandinavian design, and old illustrated adventure novels. She works mainly with three tools: pen, paper, and Adobe Illustrator, bringing her hand-drawn motifs into vector-based repeat patterns and prints.
